a. We continually strive to perfect the representation of products on the website. Replication by your computer may alter real product design and colour due to computer settings at your end.
a. Each item is made by hand and individually unique. The use of natural fibres may leave slight imperfections from representations in identical items. This is a natural process of all Edwin Pireh hand-made products.
a. Payments for purchases on the website are made via eWAY’s secure checkout. Visa, Master Card, AMEX and JCB are accepted.
b. Direct deposit is also available, bank details will be displayed at checkout and sent to the registered email address. Edwin Pireh banks with Westpac (WBC) – Australia’s First Bank.
c. We will debit payment from you upon your purchase confirmation.
d. All orders are displayed and processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
6. Gift Certificates / Gift Cards
a. Unused balance remains valid for 12 months only, from the date of purchase.
b. Gift Certificates /Gift Cards are redeemable online only.
c. The amount loaded is specified by the Customer.
d. Gift Certificates / Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.
e. Lost certificates / cards are not replaceable.
f. Gift Certificates / Gift Cards cannot be extended under any circumstances.
g. Gift Certificates are emailed to the registered email address upon receipt of payment. Please allow up to 24 hours for Gift Certificate delivery. Gift Cards are posted and will take normal postage delivery times.
h. Competition winners of Gift Certificates / Cards cannot use them in conjunction with any other offer or product.
a. Returns are only accepted for defective items. Please ensure you select carefully as incorrect selections or a change of mind will not be refunded or exchanged.
b. We accept returns subject to the following conditions:
i. A claim by the Purchaser must be made within 14 days of purchase.
ii. All returns must be in original, unopened, unworn, unwashed and merchantable condition.
iii. Returns must be sent in safe and secure packaging, insured with tracking. Damaged items during transit is the responsibility of the Purchaser.
iv. Shipping costs both ways are non-refundable.
v. Please allow up to 30 days to process your claim and review.
c. Please follow the following steps to lodge a claim:
i. Email your refund request and purchase number for your defective item to email@example.com. We will then email you a RAF (Return Application Form) with a RAN (Return Application Number).
ii. Complete the form and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
iii. Your RAF (Return Application Form) will be reviewed by the specialists at Edwin Pireh and suppliers. Edwin Pireh may require you to return the item at your cost for a quality control inspection by the supplier.
iv. Subject to a review of the application and/or inspection of the item, Edwin Pireh will determine the outcome. If the item fails to meet the above requirements (any of 6a, 6b or 6c), the item will be posted back to you at your cost.

13. Delivery and Insurance

c. For purchase security, a signature upon delivery is required and therefore we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a shipping address where you or an authorised person is able to sign for delivery. We do not accept any liability for purchases that are damaged or lost once they have been signed for.
